One of the easiest to find is in a derelict building near Camp McCarran. ️ Sniper rifle is a weapon in Fallout Vegas Commands. The girl by the truck at the 188 trader post sells them, not Alexander.
But be careful the building is booby trapped. Visually, a suppressor is fixed to the muzzle of the sniper rifle. The hunting rifle is a weapon in Fallout: New Vegas. The mod has a sniper variant with a scope. I don't think I've ever seen a sniper rifle mod sold by someone besides her.
